Baglio Ingardia

The “Baglio Ingardia” farm is located at the foot of Mount Erice, in the fertile countryside of the province of Trapani Founded by Salvatore Ingardia, today it is managed by daughter Mariella and her nephews Nicola and Salvatore who follow the production stages with particular care and marketing of their high quality products: Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Wines. All the land is cultivated using exclusively organic fertilizers applying the practice of green manure seedling produced exclusively in the farm, essential for the improvement, fertilization and protection of the soil. Numerous prizes and awards have been awarded, testifying to the care, the passion and the work done daily by the family that boasts over a century of history and experience. The company has always stood out for the pursuit of quality in full respect of the environment by converting into organic farming.

Nero d’Avola Eloro Liberty

The newly built canteen contains, apart from the very latest stainless steel silos, the big Barrique cellar, the little Barrique cellar and an entire area that is dedicated to the conservation of sparkling wines. The Barrique project has been studied with the precise intent of being able to marry together a perfect harmony between modern and innovative technologies with the traditional rural practices that are common in winemaking throughout the territory.
