The creation of a canteen is an important event and it is for this reason that I have decided to team up with a group of specialized ‘interior design’ architects to be able to offer all of the services needed for such a project.
Together with craftsman carpenter Pasquini Marino we are capable of looking after our clients every need, being able to personalize any ambient not only with wood but also with stylish extras, antique articles, particular lighting, divans, armchairs, tables, rugs and materials.

La “Bottega Pasquini Marino” is specialized in wine cellars design, as well as in the production of home furnishings. The craft production ranges from the creation of solid wood tables, to comfortable sitting chairs, made with durable fabrics and fittings. These objects, made, rigorously, by hand with the full attention to finishes and details, are an ideal complement in the furnishings of a house in which the focus is on the materials quality. Customized furniture with clean lines, spacious and robust; they are made to enrich the furnishing of comfortable and exclusive spaces, in the traditional artisanal Venetian form.
My “Sommelier” expertise also offers an extra service that truly crowns any and every canteen realized: this consists in drafting together a complete assortment of Italian and foreign labels on request, a wide ranging gamma, keeping in mind the personal taste of the customer, concentrating carefully on the quality/price ratio, always looking to explore and use all of my experience when it comes down to even the smaller producers, new emerging canteens, specialized products for those who like to taste in conviviality with great wines, open the right type of bottle for the right occasion or simply to let breathe a perfect wine for meditation.
BEING A SOMMELIER
Here I Am with Federico Graziani, Born in Ravenna in 1975, he developed a very early interest in wines that, since the first sommelier course he was advised to attend in 1990, has never seemed to wane. Having turned professional at the age of 19, just four years later, in 1998, he won the AIS Italy’s Best Sommelier competition. Among the most rewarding professional achievements is working as a Sommelier/Cellar Manager for famous chefs such as Gualtiero Marchesi, Stefano Cavallini, Bruno Loubet, Carlo Cracco, and Aimo & Nadia Moroni.
